Include the equipment type, quantity, key dimensions, operating conditions, and project location. Attach available layout drawings, technical specifications, or an equipment schedule.
If some details are still being confirmed, indicate which requirements are preliminary.
Start with a brief project description, the equipment you are considering, and the dimensions or operating conditions currently available. Preliminary sketches and site photographs can also provide useful context.
Clearly identify any missing or provisional information so the enquiry can focus on the details that need to be clarified.
